"Powerlong Town" is a residential community planning project. We were engaged by Powerlong Group, one of the largest developers in China. The project includes 17 high-rise apartment buildings, a kindergarten, and 12,000 m² (129,000 ft²) of commercial space. The site was narrow, with a high building density requirement. To ensure ample greenery and recreational spaces within the community, we arranged the buildings in a perimeter layout around the site, reserving the central area as a park and green space for the shared use of the residents.
